Eric Botelho is a prominent figure in the recovery community in Orange County. With 27 years of personal experience in recovery, and over two decades as an addiction treatment professional, Eric’s leadership style and his passion for helping people have created a unique and supportive community. He is the founder of South Shores Detox and has dedicated himself to helping individuals overcome addiction and rebuild their lives.
Eric’s commitment to helping others is not limited to his work at South Shores Detox. As a pastor at Sanctuary Faith Community, he provides spiritual guidance and support as well. Eric holds a Master of Arts Degree in Divinity and finds great joy in being a Child of God and serving Him.

Katrina Harris
As CVO Katrina brings 14 years of education and experience in the recovery field, specializing in EMDR and Surf Therapy and having worked her way up at almost every position in the treatment field. She has used her special gifts throughout her career and her outcomes have been well documented. As our Clinical Visionary Officer she is able to do what she does best which is connect to the vision and put it into action overarching throughout the program, clinically, operationally & spiritually.

Dr. Randall Turner
Dr. Randall Turner received his medical degree from Touro University Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his Psychiatry Residency training at Loma Linda University. He’s board certified in Psychiatry and also in Addiction Medicine by the American Board of Preventive Medicine.
Dr. Turner is a founding member of the Progeny Psychiatric Group. He primarily works in general adult psychiatry, geriatric psychiatry, and addiction medicine. Everyday he strives to thoroughly understand human psychology and psychopathology with a hope to relieve suffering and foster the growth of those he treats.

Paris has an inspiring personal journey rooted in her diverse background, beginning in Salt Lake City, Utah where she was born and raised. Growing up in Salt Lake City, Paris developed a deep sense of community and compassion, which later guided her academic and career choices.
Paris moved to Orange County in 2018 and began her career at South Shores Detox in a direct client care position. Her empathetic nature and drive for excellence saw her excel in various roles within the organization. Today, as the Operations Director and Compliance Officer, she plays a pivotal role in overseeing talent acquisition, authoring facility policies and procedures, maintaining licensing and accreditation standards, and driving quality improvement initiatives.

This place holds a special significance in my heart as it is where I began my own journey to sobriety years ago. From the moment I walked through these doors, I felt a profound sense of belonging and family, which continues to inspire me every day.
My passion lies in helping individuals at all stages of their recovery, with a particular focus on the critical first 30 days. I understand firsthand the challenges and triumphs of this initial period and am dedicated to providing the support and guidance needed to navigate it successfully.

Lynda Totah
Lynda Totah received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix in 1994, family nurse practitioner degree from California State University Long Beach in 2013 and her psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner post masters degree from California State University Long Beach in 2017. She is nationally board certified as both a family and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.
Lynda has worked for over 35 years as a nurse, many in critical care but has focused the last 5 years in addiction medicine and mental health. She obtained her medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and recovery support training with privileges of prescribing buprenorphine in office and outpatient settings in early 2017. Since that time she has been working primarily in detox, residential IOP and PHP settings.

As a case manager and operations supervisor, he brings empathy and strong leadership to his work, making a significant impact in his community. Currently, Edgar is advancing his education, working towards an Associate’s degree in Human Services to further his ability to support and empower others.
In his free time, Edgar enjoys coaching softball, where he not only teaches the sport but also instills values of teamwork and perseverance. His journey and accomplishments reflect a profound commitment to personal growth and helping others lead fulfilling lives.
